Requirements:

As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in contributing to the success of the bar. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons.
  • Engaging with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks.
  • Assessing customer needs and preferences to make informed recommendations.
  • Mixing ingredients to craft cocktails.
  • Presenting the bar menu to patrons.

Bartenders are expected to remain on their feet for the duration of their shifts and may frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs., with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. The role requires the ability to reach in various directions and kneel or stoop regularly. Strong visual and auditory capabilities are essential due to the dynamic nature of the bar environment.
