Job Title: Bartender|Part-Time| Sharonville Convention Center

Company: Oak View Group

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $15 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $16 for a part-time bartender position at the Sharonville Convention Center in Cincinnati, OH, is relatively competitive but on the lower end of the spectrum for the bartending industry. As of late 2023, bartenders in Cincinnati typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors like experience, tips, and establishment type. While the base pay may seem acceptable, when considering potential tips, which can significantly augment income, this position might be more appealing. However, given the cost of living in Cincinnati and the demand for bartenders, the pay could be perceived as somewhat underwhelming compared to high-volume or upscale venues that often offer better compensation and tip opportunities.

This role demands a personable and professional demeanor, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Compensation for this position is set at an hourly rate between $15 to $16, plus tips. Part-time employees are also offered benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan with company matching.

This is an evergreen role, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis and no specific application deadline.
