AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $18 for the position of “BBYO Chapter Specialist” in Cleveland, Ohio, appears to be on the lower end of the pay spectrum, especially considering the nature of the role, which often involves leadership, program development, and community engagement within youth organizations. While entry-level positions in nonprofit organizations can start around this range, more experienced roles or those requiring specialized skills typically command higher wages.
