Job description:
Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience is at the core of this role. You will achieve this by actively engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Adherence to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards is essential. You may also be cross-trained to support various areas of the store in alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities include:
– Exemplifying established customer experience practices when interacting with both internal and external customers.
– Fostering a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately processing customer purchases and returns, including providing correct change according to established procedures.
– Promoting credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Upholding the merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards.
– Efficiently processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
– Participating in store recovery activities throughout the day as necessary.
– Maintaining organizational cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor, while also contributing to the overall cleanliness of the store.
– Receiving and providing recognition and constructive feedback.
– Complying with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Supporting the objectives of our store shrink reduction programs.
– Engaging in safety awareness practices to maintain a secure environment.
– Performing other duties as assigned.
