Job Description
Job Title: Before-After School Childcare Provider (Berrien, MI)
Company: Right At School
Location: Berrien Springs, MI
Pay: $15 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $18 for the role of “Before-After School Childcare Provider” in Berrien Springs, MI, is generally competitive and aligns reasonably well with industry standards for similar positions in that region. According to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and local job market analyses, childcare providers typically earn between $12 and $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. In Berrien County, where the cost of living is relatively moderate, this pay range appears attractive, especially for entry-level positions. However, it may be slightly lower than the upper end of the pay scale in urban areas or for providers with significant experience or specialized qualifications, indicating that while the rate is appealing, it may not fully recognize the varying levels of expertise within the profession.
