Job Description
Job Title: Before-After School Childcare Provider (Berrien, MI)
Company: Right At School
Location: Berrien Springs, MI
Pay: $15 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $18 for a Before-After School Childcare Provider in Berrien Springs, MI, appears to be within a reasonable range, though it may be slightly lower than some industry standards, particularly for positions requiring specific qualifications or experience. According to national averages, childcare providers typically earn between $13 and $20 per hour, but rates can vary based on local demand, experience, and the specific job’s responsibilities. In Berrien County, the cost of living is relatively low compared to urban areas, so this rate might be competitive locally; however, it may not fully reflect the rising cost of living and inflation. Overall, while the pay offered is competitive for entry-level positions in the region, slightly higher pay could attract more qualified candidates.
