Location: Battle Creek, MI

AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a Behavioral Technician in Battle Creek, MI, we first need to consider the typical pay range for this position, which generally falls between $15 to $25 per hour nationwide, depending on experience, education, and specific employer. In Michigan, the average hourly wage for Behavioral Technicians tends to align with this range, with urban areas often offering slightly higher rates. If the rate you’re considering is within this range, it would be competitive; however, if it falls significantly below or above this average, it may indicate either an unattractive compensation package or a particularly high demand for skilled technicians in the area. Without the specific hourly rate, it’s difficult to draw a precise conclusion, but checking local job postings and industry reports can provide additional clarity on competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
