AI Pay Analysis: To accurately analyze the hourly rate for a Behavioral Technician in Baldwin, MI, an understanding of local labor market conditions and industry standards is crucial. As of my last knowledge update, entry-level Behavioral Technicians typically earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, credentials, and specific employer requirements. If the hourly rate you have falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive, particularly in smaller communities like Baldwin, which may have lower living costs compared to urban areas. Additionally, prevailing rates can be influenced by factors such as demand for services, training requirements, and reimbursement rates from healthcare providers, so comparing the specific figure against these variables will provide a comprehensive understanding of its competitiveness.
