AI Pay Analysis: To accurately analyze the hourly rate for a Behavioral Technician in Saint Louis, MI, I would need the specific rate you’re referring to. However, generally speaking, salaries for Behavioral Technicians typically range from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on factors like experience, certification, and educational background. In Michigan, the median wage often aligns with the lower to mid part of this range, reflecting regional cost of living. When comparing the rate to this standard, if the hourly rate falls within or exceeds this range, it can be considered competitive; if it is significantly lower, it may not align well with industry standards.
