Job Description
Job Title: Bell Attendant
Company: Sage Hospitality
Location: Detroit, MI
Pay: $14.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.50 for a Bell Attendant position in Detroit, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. Typically, salaries for bell attendants in urban areas like Detroit can range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on the establishment and experience level. Moreover, considering the rising cost of living and wage increases in the hospitality sector, particularly post-pandemic, this rate may not be deemed competitive for attracting and retaining talent. Overall, while $14.50 could serve as an entry-level wage, it may not effectively entice experienced candidates or those seeking opportunities in a city with diverse hospitality offerings.
