Job description:

Store associates play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to both wholesale and retail customers by identifying their needs, responding to inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending tailored solutions. They are responsible for promptly addressing customer concerns to maximize client satisfaction, staying informed about product features, and upholding the quality and visual standards of both the merchandise and the store environment. Achieving outstanding customer service while consistently meeting sales objectives is a fundamental expectation for this role.

Store associates will engage directly with customers—including minors—and will have access to cash and various payment methods, electronic devices, personal information, store inventory, and other valuable items. This access may be under supervision or granted unsupervised, which has led the Company to necessitate a thorough review of criminal history to protect business operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, vendors, and the general public.

The selected candidate will be assigned to Store #1184, located at 5204 W. Jackson Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. This position is part-time, with a starting hourly wage of $15.
