Job Title: Breakfast Attendant

Company: Dutchman Hospitality Group

Location: Walnut Creek, OH

Pay: $13 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $13 for a Breakfast Attendant in Walnut Creek, OH, is considered below the industry standard. According to various employment resources, the average pay for similar roles in comparable regions typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and the specific establishment. Factors like cost of living and competitive wages in the hospitality sector suggest that $13 may not be competitive enough to attract qualified candidates. Therefore, to align more closely with industry standards and attract a skilled workforce, an increase in the hourly rate would be advisable.
