The Complimentary AM Attendant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to guests within the complimentary breakfast area of the hotel. This individual must have a thorough understanding of hotel brand standards, guest expectations, and the unique characteristics of both the hotel and the surrounding local area.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to perform job functions with precision, speed, and attention to detail.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with relevant experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Flexible availability to work varied schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
