Job Description
Job Title: Breakfast Attendant
Company: Residence Inn Cleveland Independence
Location: Independence, OH
Pay: $14 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $15 for a Breakfast Attendant in Independence, OH, appears to be competitive yet slightly below the industry average for similar roles in the region. Typically, the wage for breakfast attendants can range from $12 to $18 per hour depending on experience and the specific employer, with many establishments in suburban Ohio offering rates closer to $15 to $17 for entry-level positions. Considering the cost of living in Ohio and wage trends in the hospitality sector, this rate is fair but may not attract applicants looking for higher pay, especially in a competitive job market. Thus, employers offering rates at the lower end may want to consider additional benefits or incentives to attract quality candidates.
