Job Description
Job Title: Breakfast Server
Company: Aimbridge Hospitality
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a Breakfast Server in Grand Rapids, MI, is slightly below the average pay for similar positions, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience and establishment type. While this rate may be acceptable for entry-level roles or smaller establishments, it may not be competitive enough in areas where demand for hospitality workers is high or in better-paying venues. Additionally, considering the rising cost of living and inflation, a $15 hourly rate may not align with industry standards or the expectations of experienced workers in the hospitality field. Overall, while it may attract applicants, retaining skilled staff could be a challenge at this pay rate.
