Job Title: Breakfast Server

Company: Aimbridge Hospitality

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a Breakfast Server in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally on the lower end of the salary spectrum for similar roles in the area. According to various industry sources, the average hourly wage for servers in Michigan ranges from $15 to $20, depending on factors such as experience, establishment type, and tips received. While $15 is a starting wage that may align with entry-level positions, more experienced servers or those working in upscale dining establishments could expect higher compensation. Additionally, it’s important to consider local cost of living and competitive market rates, as the salary may not fully reflect the responsibilities and skills required for the role. Overall, while $15/hour is acceptable, it may not be deemed competitive for attracting skilled workers in a growing hospitality market.
