Job Description
Job Title: Breakfast Server
Company: Aimbridge Hospitality
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a Breakfast Server in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally considered below the competitive standard for similar positions. The average pay for breakfast servers or other food service roles in the area typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors like experience, establishment type, and tips. While $15 may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not adequately compensate for more experienced servers or align with rising living costs. Therefore, this rate may need to be adjusted to attract and retain talent effectively in the local hospitality market.
