Job Title: Breakfast Server

Company: Aimbridge Hospitality

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Breakfast Server in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally below the local and national average for similar positions, which often range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on factors such as experience, establishment type, and duties involved. While the pay may be competitive for entry-level or smaller establishments, it may not align with industry standards in larger or more upscale venues, where tips can substantially increase overall earnings. Additionally, considering inflation and rising living costs, a $15 hourly rate may not be sufficient to attract and retain quality staff in today’s labor market. Overall, while it may be viable in certain contexts, it lacks competitiveness relative to broader industry trends.
