Job Description
Job Title: Breakfast Server
Company: Aimbridge Hospitality
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Breakfast Server in Grand Rapids, MI, is slightly below the competitive range for this position, as many establishments in the area typically offer between $15 to $18 per hour, depending on factors like experience and the establishment’s scale. Given that the cost of living in Grand Rapids is relatively moderate, this wage may be at the lower end of the spectrum. Additionally, tips for breakfast servers can vary but may boost overall earnings significantly, which is an important consideration in the service industry. Overall, while $15 per hour is a starting point, it may not attract the most experienced candidates in a competitive labor market.
