Job Title: Breakfast Server

Company: Aimbridge Hospitality

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Breakfast Server” in Grand Rapids, MI appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar roles within the region. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for servers in Michigan typically ranges from $16 to $18, depending on factors such as experience, establishment type, and location within the state. Additionally, considering the rising cost of living and inflationary pressures, $15 may not provide a competitive income for individuals in this role, especially if tips are not factored in. Therefore, while this rate may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it does not reflect a competitive wage for more experienced servers in the area.
