Job Title: Breakfast Server

Company: Holiday Inn

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Breakfast Server in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally considered below competitive for the current labor market and industry standards. According to various sources, including the Bureau of Labor Statistics and local job postings, the average pay for similar roles typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, with some establishments offering higher wages due to increased demand for service workers post-pandemic. Additionally, factors such as tips, benefits, and the cost of living in the area can influence overall compensation, yet at $15 per hour, this rate may not attract a sufficient number of qualified applicants or incentivize retention in a competitive job market.
