Job Title: Breakfast Server

Company: Holiday Inn

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a Breakfast Server in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally considered to be slightly below the industry standards for similar roles in that region. Typically, breakfast servers in Grand Rapids earn between $15 and $20 per hour, with variation depending on the establishment’s type, the server’s experience, and tips, which can significantly augment earnings. Additionally, in a competitive labor market and given rising living costs, particularly in the hospitality sector, this rate may struggle to attract quality candidates, suggesting it may not be fully competitive for retaining staff or encouraging high service standards.
