Job Title: Breakfast Server

Company: Holiday Inn

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a Breakfast Server in Grand Rapids, MI, is relatively competitive but may be on the lower end of the spectrum, particularly in the context of rising living costs and wage standards in the hospitality industry. According to recent data, average hourly pay for servers in the area ranges from $14 to $20, depending on experience and establishment type, with tips often augmenting base wages. While $15 may attract entry-level workers, those with more experience or in higher-end establishments may expect more.
