Job Title: Breakfast Server

Company: Holiday Inn

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Breakfast Server in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally below the average wage for similar positions in the area as of late 2023. While entry-level positions in the food service industry often start around this pay rate, many establishments, especially those offering competitive benefits or within higher-end venues, may pay closer to $16 to $20 per hour. Additionally, this rate may not sufficiently account for the rising cost of living in the region and the current labor market, which has seen wages for service roles increase in recent years due to labor shortages. Therefore, while $15 may be acceptable in some contexts, it is not particularly competitive for attracting and retaining skilled staff.
