As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
– Providing one-on-one companionship to seniors
– Assisting with non-medical hands-on care, including dressing, bathing, grooming, personal care, and assistance with transfers
– Performing housekeeping and laundry duties
– Caring for pets
– Providing transportation to medical appointments and running errands

The base pay for this role will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience and is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Please note that temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but may participate in the company’s 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with community management to deliver personalized care to seniors, providing resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
– Assist residents with dining and personal care needs, as well as perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures in accordance with community policy.
– Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, bathroom assistance, dressing, and grooming.
– Successfully complete a State CNA/STNA course and maintain certification.
