Compensation for this role will be commensurate with the applicant’s skills and experience, with eligibility for team-based bonus opportunities. Note that temporary associates are ineligible for benefits but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities:
– As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA in Ohio), you will collaborate with community management to deliver personalized care to seniors, providing resident status updates at the start and conclusion of each shift.
– Assist residents with dining and personal care needs, including monitoring vital signs and performing clinical procedures in accordance with community policy.
– Support residents with activities of daily living, such as showers, bathroom assistance, and grooming.
– Successful completion of a State CNA/STNA course is required, and certification must be maintained.
