Job Title: BT Onboarding Specialist

Company: Centria Healthcare

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Pay: $20 – 22 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $20 – $22 for a “BT Onboarding Specialist” in Farmington Hills, MI, is relatively competitive, though it varies based on experience and specific job responsibilities. Typically, similar roles in the region, particularly in the tech and customer support sectors, tend to offer wages that can range from $18 to $30 per hour, reflecting the demand for specialized skills and industry knowledge. Given the role’s importance in facilitating the onboarding process and ensuring a seamless integration for new clients or users, this compensation is on the lower end of the spectrum, suggesting that while it may attract entry-level candidates, it may not fully capture the potential of more experienced professionals in the market.
