Job Title: Bus Driver – CDL with P Endorsement – Part Time Weekends

Company: Hope Network

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, an hourly wage of $19 for a part-time bus driver with a CDL and P endorsement in Grand Rapids, MI, is somewhat below the typical industry standard. Nationally, bus drivers often earn between $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, location, and specific employer factors. In Michigan, the average wage for bus drivers tends to hover around $22 to $25 per hour. While $19 may be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller companies, it may not attract experienced drivers, particularly given the demand for qualified drivers in many regions. Overall, while it may be suitable for part-time work, the rate could be improved to better align with industry expectations and attract more qualified candidates.
