Generally, business development and marketing coordinators in mid-sized U.S. cities like Columbus tend to earn between $35 to $50 per hour, depending on experience, education, and specific industry. While this rate may attract candidates seeking entry-level roles or those transitioning into the field, it may not appeal to more experienced professionals or align with industry standards in the current job market, where competitive wages are essential to attracting qualified talent.
