Requirements:
In the role of Busser, you will play a crucial part in the success of our restaurant or cafeteria by ensuring a clean and enjoyable dining experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and maintaining the dining room
- Cleaning and setting tables, including arranging decorations and condiments
- Ensuring the cleanliness of menus
- Clearing completed courses and replenishing utensils as needed
Bussers must be prepared to remain on their feet for the duration of their shifts. Responsibilities include frequently lifting or carrying items up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Strong physical capabilities such as reaching, kneeling, and stooping are important, along with good visibility and hearing due to the fast-paced restaurant environment.
