Job Description
Job Title: Cadet (Part-Time/ Limited Benefit)
Company: Ottawa County
Location: West Olive, MI
Pay: $16.65 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: Analyzing an hourly rate of $16.65 for a “Cadet (Part-Time/ Limited Benefit)” position in West Olive, MI, indicates that this wage is on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles, especially considering the current labor market conditions. While part-time positions may generally offer lower pay than full-time equivalents, compensation for entry-level or cadet-type roles often ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on the specific industry and employer. In areas with a higher cost of living or where specialized skills are required, rates can be even higher. Therefore, while $16.65 may be competitive for basic or entry-level positions, it might not fully align with industry standards that account for inflation and rising living costs, making it potentially less attractive to candidates in a competitive labor market.
