Job description:
The Cafe Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the daily experiences of older adults through positive interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Process orders in a café-style environment.
– Create a pleasant dining atmosphere for residents and their guests.
– Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including salads, soups, and sandwiches.

– Ensure the dining and service areas remain clean and organized.

Qualifications:
– Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or server in a restaurant, nursing home, or retirement community, particularly involving older adults, is preferred.
– Experience in preparing food to order is preferred.
– Familiarity with preparing hot and cold beverages to order is preferred.
– Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
