AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $15 for a Cafe Attendant in Holland, MI, is generally aligned with industry standards; however, it may be considered on the lower end for some fast-food or café positions in the region, especially given the increasing cost of living and competitive labor market. According to various wage analyses and job postings, entry-level positions in the food service industry in Michigan often range from $12 to $18 per hour, depending on the establishment and any additional benefits provided. While this wage can attract workers, businesses may need to offer competitive pay, benefits, or incentives to retain staff in a competitive job market, particularly as many establishments are experiencing staffing shortages.
