Job Description
Job Title: Cafe Attendant
Company: Life Care Services
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $14 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $15 for a Café Attendant in Holland, MI, is generally considered to be on the lower side of the spectrum for this role. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for café or food service attendants in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $20, depending on factors such as experience, responsibilities, and specific café demand. While the proposed rate may attract entry-level candidates, it may struggle to retain more experienced workers or attract talent in a competitive labor market, especially given that the cost of living in the region has been gradually increasing. Overall, while this wage may meet minimum wage requirements, it may not be fully competitive in retaining quality staff.
