Job description:
The Sales Operations team collaborates closely with the Peacock Sales team to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns that exceed client expectations. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, technically proficient problem solver with exemplary customer service skills and leadership capabilities to join our team.
As a Campaign Manager, you will take the lead on managing digital assets and overseeing campaign execution for all One Digital Video campaigns from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include acquiring digital assets, analyzing campaign placements, and ensuring that each campaign is executed accurately, guaranteeing all facets are delivered as intended. Additionally, you will address troubleshooting needs and fulfill any ad-hoc reporting requests.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and advertising agencies to obtain and manage digital assets throughout the pre- and post-launch phases.
- Provide guidance on any necessary adjustments to received assets to comply with NBCU specifications.
- Conduct weekly meetings with cross-functional teams (Sales, Planning, Inventory) to ensure alignment on plans and initiatives for Peacock.
- Troubleshoot advertising campaign issues as they arise.
- Review and analyze campaign health reports, offering insights to Peacock sales partners and recommending any necessary adjustments.
- Analyze ad server placements to determine endpoint targeting and priority levels, ensuring they meet execution requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations.
- Familiarity with marketing KPIs is preferred.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
- Willingness to work in the entertainment media industry, including availability on weekends for live event support.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Desired Characteristics:
- Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in trafficking within an ad server (Google Ad Manager, Freewheel).
- Familiarity with front-end order management systems (e.g., Operative.One) is preferred.
- Proficient understanding of digital media terminology (impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.).
- Familiarity with online measurement terminology (uniques, page views, visits, referrers, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, including formulas).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and ActionScript.
- Experience in image editing, including tasks such as taking screenshots and cropping.
- Prior experience in campaign management is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within the Ad Operations team.
- Capability to generate third-party and first-party reporting.
- Experience managing a high volume of emails and multiple ongoing campaigns.
- Ability to process first-party hosted assets using various internal systems.
