Job description:

The Sales Operations team collaborates closely with the Peacock Sales team to ensure the seamless execution of advertising campaigns, consistently aiming to exceed client expectations. We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically adept problem solver with excellent customer service skills and leadership potential to join our team.

As a Campaign Manager, you will take the lead in managing digital assets and overseeing the execution of all One Digital Video campaigns from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include acquiring digital assets, analyzing campaign placements, and ensuring precise execution of campaigns, guaranteeing that every aspect is delivered as planned. You will also address any troubleshooting needs and fulfill additional ad-hoc reporting requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and advertising agencies to procure and manage digital assets throughout both the pre-launch and post-launch phases.
  • Provide guidance on necessary adjustments to received assets to align with NBCU specifications.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with cross-functional teams (Sales, Planning, Inventory) to ensure alignment on initiatives and strategic plans for Peacock.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to campaign advertisements.
  • Review and analyze campaign health reports to offer insights to Peacock sales partners and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Analyze ad server placements to determine endpoint targeting and priority levels, ensuring that execution requirements are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations.
  • Familiarity with marketing KPIs is preferred.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization to be employed in the United States.
  • A willingness to work in the entertainment media industry, including availability during weekends to support live events.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Exceptional client relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience with trafficking in an ad server (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Freewheel).
  • Knowledge of a front-end order management system is preferred (Operative.One).
  • Proficient understanding of digital media terminology: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.
  • Familiarity with online measurement terminology: uniques, pageviews, visits, referrers, etc.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, including advanced formulas).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and ActionScript.
  • Experience with image editing and basic graphic design, including cropping and taking screenshots.
  • Previous campaign management experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within an Ad Operations team.
  • Ability to generate both third-party and first-party reporting.
  • Experience managing a high volume of emails and multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Ability to process first-party hosted assets within various internal systems.
