Job description:

NBCUniversal’s Advertising Platforms & Operations team is responsible for product development, project management, and the day-to-day operations of our comprehensive advertising technology suite. This division serves both internal and external clients, supporting NBCUniversal’s substantial $8 billion annual advertising business.

The Programmatic Ad Operations team within Business Operations & Services is a cohesive, fast-paced unit tasked with executing all programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace deals on both domestic and global scales. The Programmatic Sales Operations Campaign Manager will oversee the lifecycle of programmatic deals, including deal creation, revisions, and ensuring that digital assets consistently meet specifications throughout the campaign duration.

This team collaborates closely with planning and sales teams to ensure that advertising campaigns operate seamlessly and exceed client expectations. We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically adept problem-solver with exceptional customer service skills and leadership qualities to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate live troubleshooting calls with clients to resolve specifications-related issues.
  • Participate in weekly POD meetings to ensure alignment among sales, planning, and operations.
  • Establish and maintain regular reporting to identify trends in creative failures across various ad distributors and DSPs.
  • Actively seek to enhance knowledge within the programmatic ecosystem to better support internal and external partners.
  • Ensure media is delivered in accordance with published specifications and timelines.
  • Engage directly with the Programmatic Sales Team and Clients to ensure successful campaign fulfillment.
  • Maintain functional knowledge of trafficking programmatic deals in FreeWheel, OperativeOne, and Google Ad Manager.
  • Manage the Indirect Demand programmatic business, collaborating with various external partners.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Operations.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising is preferred.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Interest in the entertainment media industry, requiring availability during weekends for live event support.
  • Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
