NBCUniversal’s Advertising Platforms & Operations team is dedicated to product development, project management, and the daily operations of our comprehensive advertising technology suite, supporting both internal and external clients to facilitate NBCUniversal’s $8 billion annual advertising enterprise.

The Programmatic Ad Operations team, within Business Operations & Services, is a dynamic and collaborative group responsible for executing all programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace deals on both domestic and global scales. The Programmatic Sales Operations Campaign Manager plays a critical role in managing the lifecycle of programmatic deals, including the creation, revision, and continuous monitoring of digital assets to ensure compliance with specifications throughout the campaign.

Working closely with the planning and sales teams, the Programmatic Sales Operations team ensures seamless advertising campaign execution that exceeds client expectations. We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically proficient problem solver with exceptional customer service skills and leadership attributes to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead live troubleshooting calls with clients to resolve specification issues.
  • Participate in weekly POD meetings to align sales, planning, and operations.
  • Establish regular reporting to identify trends related to creative failures across various advertising distributors and DSPs.
  • Acquire knowledge in the programmatic ecosystem to better assist our internal and external partners.
  • Ensure media is delivered according to published specifications and established timelines.
  • Engage directly with the Programmatic Sales Team and clients to guarantee campaign fulfillment.
  • Possess functional expertise in trafficking programmatic deals using FreeWheel, OperativeOne, and Google Ad Manager.
  • Specifically manage the Sports Programmatic business, supporting live sports events, including weekends.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Effectively multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain organization and precision with a strong focus on detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Operations.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to work in the entertainment media industry, including availability during weekends for live events.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
