Job description:
The General Car Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, finance, inventory, pricing, and compliance. This role is pivotal in achieving high customer service scores (NPS) and meeting sales and profitability targets. Responsibilities include finalizing purchase, trade-in, and sales agreements, as well as managing inventory, merchandising, vehicle pricing, and the reconditioning process.

The manager will also support Digital Retailing initiatives, including R2B, address employee, consumer, and vendor issues as they arise, ensure compliance with the Internal Audit Checklist (ICC), and maintain appropriate staffing levels as per corporate guidance. Additionally, the General Car Sales Manager is expected to meet and exceed sales targets across all channels, ensure accountability for CRM metrics, assist in the training and coaching of the sales team, support sales team management, and achieve key performance indicator (KPI) targets.

In addition to a competitive annual salary of $58,240, the position comes with sales-based commissions.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent experience in Car Sales Management, along with a background in auto dealerships, car sales, and auto financing regulations.
