A Day in the Life:
In this role, you will oversee the retail business, encompassing the sales process, financial management, and leadership of the sales team. You will also assist in managing various store processes as required and support omni-channel sales initiatives.
Wage: $43,888.00/year plus eligibility for bonus incentives.
What You’ll Do:
Sales
- Achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
- Foster accountability in CRM metrics.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Promote Digital Retailing initiatives, including Rent2Buy.
Finance
- Ensure timely completion of finance deal packages.
- Follow up promptly on missing documents and pending deals.
- Collaborate with Sales Consultants on finance processing and metrics.
- Support the Finance and Insurance process, ensuring optimal performance.
Store Management
- Attain high customer service scores (NPS).
- Train Sales Staff on customer interaction and operational processes.
- Serve as the second highest authority at the location, overseeing store management.
- Assist in inventory management and reconditioning processes.
- Adjust car pricing as required.
- Facilitate support for omni-channel sales.
- Monitor compliance with the Internal Audit Checklist (ICC) and store protocols.
- Address employee, consumer, and vendor issues, including concerns and complaints in coordination with Car Sales Leadership and HR.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in car sales.
- Preferred experience in an auto dealership or auto financing environment.
- At least 1 year of management experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience in car sales management.
- Strong collaborative skills to engage internal and external stakeholders across various functions and locations.
- Proven ability to influence others.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to make decisions and resolve issues.
