Job description:

As a Car Wash Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by providing safe, efficient, and accurate car wash services that surpass customer expectations.

Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
Desired Experience: Previous mechanical or technical experience and/or education
Education Requirements: No High School diploma required
Lifting Requirement: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work for yourself, your team members, customers, and the products.
  • Direct customers to the entrance of the wash station and guide vehicles onto the wheel track of the automatic mechanism.
  • Activate the wash mechanism and monitor its operation to identify any equipment malfunctions.
  • Provide hand finishing touches to vehicles as needed.
  • Clean the concrete areas of the car wash.
  • Assist in offering value-added services such as vehicle preparation.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure car wash uptime expectations are consistently met.
  • Uphold cleanliness in all equipment and spaces—including floors, car wash interiors, and vacuum areas—to comply with safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe car wash area by sweeping up debris, shoveling snow, and applying salt when necessary.
  • Clean the windows of the car wash facility.
  • Troubleshoot car wash issues and seek resolution as directed by the service center.

Starting Rate of Pay: $15.00
