Job description:

Assists the Site Manager in leading the car wash location to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, as well as team member satisfaction and retention. This role upholds Conrad’s esteemed image and reputation while meeting all performance objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
