Job description:

Assists the Site Manager in leading the car wash location to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, as well as team member satisfaction and retention. This role upholds Conrad’s esteemed image and reputation while meeting all performance objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

• Process customer invoices accurately for cash, charge, and credit transactions.
• Address customer complaints, employee conflicts, and daily operational issues with fairness and composure.

• Achieve established monthly performance goals.
• Follow daily opening and closing procedures with precision.
