Job description:
Assists the Site Manager in leading the car wash facility to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, as well as team member satisfaction and retention, all while maintaining the integrity, image, and reputation of Conrad and meeting established performance objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Cultivate a loyal customer base by fostering trusting relationships grounded in integrity and fairness.
- Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and supervisors to convey important information professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ensure the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the facility, including equipment maintenance, repair, and chemical care to uphold quality wash services.
- Oversee daily operations of the car wash, including managing deposits, inventory, cashier machine functionality, and discount codes.
- Process customer invoices accurately, utilizing the proper procedures for cash, charge, and credit transactions.
- Address customer complaints, employee conflicts, and operational issues in a fair, consistent, and composed manner.
- Analyze performance data and integrate findings into daily operations and decision-making processes to enhance productivity.
- Achieve established monthly performance goals.
- Adhere closely to daily opening and closing procedures.
- Complete all administrative responsibilities punctually, including employee scheduling, evaluations, deposits, and inventory management.
- Fulfill all Site Manager duties in their absence.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Primary Interactions

Education and Experience
A high school diploma is required, along with six months to one year of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and skills in repair/maintenance, sales, customer service, and branch management operations are essential.
Language Skills
The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals is required. Additionally, the candidate must be able to write routine reports, correspondence, and effectively communicate with customers and employees.
