Job description:

Assists the Site Manager in leading the car wash facility to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, as well as team member satisfaction and retention, all while maintaining the integrity, image, and reputation of Conrad and meeting established performance objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

• Achieve established monthly performance goals.
• Adhere closely to daily opening and closing procedures.
• Complete all administrative responsibilities punctually, including employee scheduling, evaluations, deposits, and inventory management.
• Fulfill all Site Manager duties in their absence.
