Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver, 2nd and 3rd shifts
Company: Macatawa
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $16.85 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.85 for a “Caregiver, 2nd and 3rd shifts” role in Holland, MI, appears to be somewhat below the average pay for caregivers in the region, which typically ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While this rate might be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller care facilities, it may not be attractive enough to draw experienced caregivers, especially given the rising living costs and increased demand for care services. Overall, while the rate is within the general range for similar roles, it may not fully align with industry standards, potentially making it less competitive in attracting quality candidates.
