Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver 2nd Shift
Company: Homestead
Location: Utica, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver 2nd Shift” position in Utica, MI, is slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically fall between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific responsibilities. In Michigan, caregiver wages can vary, but many employers offer rates in the $13 to $18 per hour range, so while $15 is competitive within certain parameters, it may not fully reflect the demand for caregivers or the increased cost of living in the region, especially during overnight shifts. This suggests that while the pay is within the reasonable range, it may lack appeal for attracting and retaining talent in a competitive labor market.
