Job Title: Caregiver 2nd Shift

Company: Oakleigh of Macomb

Location: Mount Clemens, MI

Pay: $16.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last update in October 2023, an hourly rate of $16.50 for a “Caregiver 2nd Shift” position in Mount Clemens, MI, is generally considered on the lower end of the scale. Caregiver wages can vary significantly depending on experience, certifications, and the specific type of care provided. In Michigan, average hourly rates for caregivers often range from $15 to $20, with some positions offering more for specialized skills or certifications. Given the rising demand for caregiving roles and the increasing cost of living, this rate might not be competitive, particularly for experienced caregivers or those with specialized training. Adjustments may be necessary to attract qualified candidates effectively.
