Job Title: Caregiver 2nd Shift

Company: Quality Private Care

Location: Shelby Township, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver 2nd Shift” position in Shelby Township, MI, is somewhat below the average for this role, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour based on factors such as experience, certification, and specific job duties. In Michigan, the wage can vary by region, but many caregivers earn closer to $17-$19 per hour, especially for shifts that may require overnight availability or additional responsibilities. Therefore, while $15 may be competitive for entry-level positions or less demanding roles, it is generally not aligned with the prevailing standards for experienced caregivers in the area, indicating that it might be less attractive to potential candidates.
