Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver 2nd Shift
Company: Quality Private Care
Location: Utica, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver 2nd Shift” position in Utica, MI, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum for caregiving roles. According to industry standards, caregivers in Michigan typically earn between $12 to $20 per hour depending on factors like experience, specific job requirements, and the employer’s budget. While some entry-level positions might start around $13-$15 per hour, more experienced caregivers or those working for reputable agencies can command higher wages, especially for evening or overnight shifts that may require more skills or involve higher demand. Therefore, while $15 is competitive in some contexts, it may not fully reflect the qualifications and demands associated with caregiving roles in the area.
