Job Title: Caregiver 2nd Shift

Company: Quality Private Care

Location: Utica, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver 2nd Shift” position in Utica, MI, is generally below the industry standard for similar roles. In Michigan, caregiver salaries typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific employer factors. While entry-level positions may start closer to the lower end of that scale, many organizations offer competitive wages to attract and retain skilled caregivers, particularly for challenging shifts like evenings. Therefore, $15 per hour may be considered low in this context, suggesting that the role might face challenges in attracting qualified candidates if it does not offer additional incentives or benefits.
