Location: Shelby Township, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver 2nd Shift” position in Shelby Township, MI, is generally considered below the industry standard for caregiving roles in that area. As of 2023, typical hourly wages for similar positions in Michigan range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, factors such as the cost of living in Shelby Township and the competitive nature of the job market for caregivers suggest that $15 per hour may not adequately attract or retain qualified staff. Overall, this rate may result in challenges in hiring and employee retention in a field that often requires a dedicated and skilled workforce.
